Doserly provides medication reminders as a convenience feature. We cannot and do not guarantee that notifications will be delivered, received, or displayed.
Why Notifications May Fail
Notifications depend on factors outside Doserly's control:

Your Responsibilities
- Maintain Backup Reminder Systems: For critical medications, use additional reminder methods:
- Device alarms (independent of apps)
- Physical pill organizers
- Caregiver reminders
- Written schedules
- Pharmacy reminder services
- Configure Device Settings: Ensure Doserly has appropriate permissions:
- Notification permissions enabled
- Background app refresh enabled
- Battery optimization disabled for Doserly
- Do Not Disturb exceptions configured (if applicable)
- Verify Notifications Work: Periodically confirm you are receiving notifications as expected.
- Do Not Rely Solely on Doserly: Never depend exclusively on Doserly notifications for medications where missed doses could cause serious harm.
Liability Limitation
DOSERLY IS NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Missed, delayed, late, or failed notifications
- Medications missed due to notification issues
- Health consequences resulting from reliance on app notifications
- Any damages arising from notification failures
Failure to receive a notification is not a basis for any claim against Doserly.
Acknowledgment
By using Doserly's reminder features, you acknowledge that:
- Notifications are provided "AS IS" without guarantee of delivery
- You are responsible for maintaining backup reminder systems
- You will not rely solely on Doserly for critical medication reminders
- You accept full responsibility for your medication management
