Overview

Reminders and messages are convenience features. They can be late or absent because of app, device, operating-system, permission, battery, network, or provider conditions. They are not emergency monitoring or proof that a medication was taken. Keep an independent backup for time-critical medication and check your actual schedule with a qualified professional.

Dose reminder previews are generic on the lock screen by default, with an optional setting for more detail. Some other health notifications can show a user-created label or item name; review device notification visibility and Doserly's settings if others can see your screen. Push permissions and reminder preferences can be changed in Settings > Notifications. Changing a phone setting does not delete a saved health record.

Subject to non-excludable consumer rights and remedies, Viking makes no additional voluntary warranty that every notification arrives or appears on time. This warning does not remove any right or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Nothing limits a statutory quality right or liability preserved by law.
