Summary
You can request deletion of your Doserly account and associated app data from inside the Doserly app or by contacting us if you cannot access your account.
Delete Your Account In the App
To delete your account from the Doserly mobile app:
- Open Doserly.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Account.
- Select Delete Account.
- Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Account deletion is intended to permanently delete your Doserly account and associated app data, subject to the retention notes below.
Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@doserly.com from the email address associated with your Doserly account and include:
- Your request to delete your Doserly account
- The email address associated with the account
- Any context needed to help us locate the account
We may ask you to verify your identity before completing the request so that we do not delete data for the wrong person.
What Deletion Covers
Account deletion is intended to remove:
- Your Doserly account
- Health items, schedules, logs, symptoms, notes, attachments, and related app records associated with your account
- App preferences tied to your account
Data that has already been exported or shared outside Doserly remains outside our control.
Retention Notes
User-linked data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, subject to the limited retention needs described below.
Some limited records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, audit logging, backup integrity, or similar operational requirements. Previously generated aggregate statistics that cannot reasonably identify you may also be retained.
Backup copies may persist for a limited period before they are overwritten through normal backup cycles.
