These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Doserly website operated by Viking Media Labs Inc. (d/b/a Doserly), based in Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms of Use.

You may use the website only if you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater, and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Website-only scope

These Terms of Use apply only to the Doserly website, including its public pages, tools, forms, and content. They do not govern the Doserly mobile app or any future app-based services, which will have separate terms and privacy disclosures.

The website is intended as a general informational and research reference only. It is not intended to function as a clinical decision-making service, treatment platform, or source of individualized medical guidance.

No medical advice and no emergency use

The website, including calculators, guides, reference materials, and content relating to peptides, supplements, medications, TRT, and HRT, is provided for informational, educational, and research purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an individualized recommendation.

Do not use the website for emergency or urgent medical needs. If you think you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional immediately.

AI-assisted content and research workflows

Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Viking Media Labs Inc. (d/b/a Doserly), Doserly, and their directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the website, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Termination or suspension

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the website at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use, created risk for the website or its users, or if we otherwise decide to modify or discontinue the website.

Governing law and venue

These Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of or relating to the website or these Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms of Use at any time does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision, nor does it limit our right to enforce that provision at a later time.

Entire agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the Medical Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Viking Media Labs Inc. (d/b/a Doserly) with respect to your use of the Doserly website. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings relating to the website.

Assignment

Viking Media Labs Inc. (d/b/a Doserly) may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms of Use to an affiliate, successor, purchaser, or other related party without your consent. You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms of Use without our prior written consent.

Changes to these Terms of Use

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the website after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms of Use.
