When contacting support, include:
- The email address associated with your Doserly account, if applicable
- Your device type and operating system
- The Doserly app version, if available
- A description of the issue
- Screenshots or relevant details that help us understand the problem, only when necessary
Do not include emergency medical information in support requests. Redact medication names, health details, screenshots, or other sensitive information unless it is necessary to resolve the issue.

Doserly support is not an emergency service.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not wait for a response from Doserly support.
App Store and Billing Support
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are also governed by the applicable store's billing, cancellation, and refund processes.
For subscription or billing issues, include the platform where you purchased your subscription when contacting support.
